Job Description

We are now looking for two physiotherapists, one permanent position and one fixed-term position.

As a physiotherapist with us, you have a preventive and rehabilitative approach. You work in a team to enable the individual to live as independent a life as possible.

The work involves having an overall responsibility for rehabilitation/habilitation together with an occupational therapist and making assessments to promote physical, mental, and cognitive functions. It also includes responsibility for supervising and educating staff, as well as the opportunity for assistive device fitting.

As a physiotherapist, you will work within the Health and Care business area. The position has a clear focus on rehabilitation/habilitation and the development of preventive work.

The work takes place in close teamwork with other professions surrounding the patient, such as occupational therapists, nurses, dietitians, care staff, rehabilitation assistants, and needs assessment officers.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist.

You want to contribute to a pleasant workplace where we have a clear focus on the patient and teamwork.

Previous work within municipal rehabilitation is meritorious.

As a person, you are engaged, responsive, communicative, and have a good attitude towards people, and can work both independently and in a team. You can supervise and motivate care staff.

You have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, as well as good computer skills.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

We welcome ongoing competence development that is relevant to the operations.

Since travel is included in the position, a Category B driving license is required.

An extract from the police record of criminal convictions is required for the position.

Before employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, which is done by showing that you have Swedish citizenship, citizenship within the EU/EEA, or a valid residence and/or work permit.

Employment Terms

• Employment type: Permanent position and fixed-term contract.
• Duration: Permanent, start date: To be agreed. Fixed-term contract from 2026-09-01 to 2027-06-30 with possible extension.
