About us

Welcome to Tanumshede Health Centre! We are a well-functioning health centre in northern Bohuslän with approximately 5,000 registered patients. Here you will find varied work where we both take care of our own patients and are responsible for nursing homes in the area. During the summer, we also function as a tourist health centre, which means many short and acute visits, perfect for you who like pace and variation. District doctors, ST-doctors, district nurses and specialist nurses within, among other things, diabetes, asthma/COPD and heart/vessels work here. We also have a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist and rehabilitation coordinator. Together we form a competent and tightly knit team.

About the job

Your tasks at the health centre are varied, with the meeting with the patient in focus. As a medical secretary, you are an important employee at the health centre. Your main tasks consist of writing in the medical record system Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses, and local IT support. Reception work is also included, where you are the first person the patients meet.

About you

• You are trained as a medical secretary
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience of working within regional primary care and the function of LITA (local IT responsible)
• You have a genuine interest in digitalization and good knowledge in the field
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive. You enjoy working independently but also have good cooperation skills. You like variation in work and find it easy to switch between different tasks. Since the workload is varied, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a great interest in business development.

• The position is a fixed-term appointment for 12 months from 2026-08-24, with good opportunities for extension
• The majority of your work will take place at Närhälsan Tanumshede Health Centre, but some work may occur at Närhälsan Fjällbacka Health Centre
