We are now looking for Customer Service Representatives for our center in Lindholmen, Gothenburg!

Responsibilities

In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will help companies with various questions regarding their cash register solutions. Your task will be to deliver top-class customer service, and your day will be filled with inquiries regarding, for example, orders, settlement reports, as well as more technical issues, such as when their cash register displays error codes. The work is primarily conducted via incoming email, but chat and phone calls may also occur.

The customer service opening hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–19:00, Saturday–Sunday 10:00–17:00. Consequently, shifts will involve daytime, evenings, and weekends. The position starts with a paid training period where you will learn both the technical aspects of the job and how to deliver the best customer service.

About You

You are also efficient, take responsibility for your tasks, and adapt easily to new situations.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
• Basic computer skills
• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
• Clean criminal record
