About the role

As a damage assessor, you work with damage inspections, calculations, and estimates of car damages. You are also responsible for invoicing and building and developing relationships with insurance companies. The role also involves post-repair checks and close collaboration with colleagues, where you contribute to both quality and the team's development.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone with experience in damage management who thrives in a role that combines technical skills and customer contact. You are detail-oriented, communicative, and contribute to a positive work climate.

• Experience in damage assessment
• Knowledge of vehicle technology
• Good computer skills
• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to collaborate and coach colleagues
• Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
