About the job

We are now looking for a Strategic Business Developer with a focus on developing and strengthening our joint customer interface. This role includes responsibility for the whole picture – from analysis and target vision to implementation and follow-up. As a Business Developer, you will map customer needs, customer journeys, and flows, as well as identify obstacles and areas for improvement. You will also drive change and improvement initiatives to ensure that new working methods are anchored among employees and managers.

The role is located within the Customer and Communication unit, which is part of the Shared Services department. Approximately 20 people work in the unit, including communicators, language specialists, graphic designers, and usability experts. There are also two strategic business developers in the unit with a focus on the customer interface.

You will

• develop and implement the agency's joint customer interface, with a focus on it being uniform, efficient, and customer-driven
• design and introduce structures, processes, and working methods that create a cohesive and customer-driven approach
• prepare materials for strategic decisions and measure the effects of implemented changes using key performance indicators
• collaborate with different departments and units to ensure a holistic view and a common direction.

You must have

• an academic degree of at least 180 credits (120p) in a field relevant to the position, or other post-secondary education that the Swedish Transport Agency considers equivalent
• several years of experience in driving strategic business development, with a focus on customer interfaces and service
• very good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.

It is meritorious if you also have

• experience of working within public administration or an agency context
• knowledge and practical experience in service design
• knowledge and practical experience in change management
• experience in turning visions into concrete, measurable action plans and strategic goals.

• possess strong analytical skills and experience in working with data to drive change
• be proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
• have an attentive and relational approach, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with various stakeholders
• be able to communicate clearly and adapt your message to different target groups, both in writing and orally.

More information

The position is permanent with placement in Norrköping. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. As an employee, you have the opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. It is the needs of the business and the nature of the tasks that determine if and to what extent this is possible. A position with us may involve security classification. A security check with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
