For those who are curious and want to develop further, there are also good opportunities to gradually deepen your understanding of the operations and, in the long run, take a more operation-oriented role. This is a job for you who appreciate variety, like to stay one step ahead, and want to be an important part of a context where your work is noticed and makes a difference.

- Completed upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
- Experience of administrative work within public administration
- Very good knowledge of the Office package
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English

We consider it meritorious if you have:
- Upper secondary or post-secondary education in administration or executive support
- Experience with planning and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Unit4
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
Your Personality

- Self-initiative – You take responsibility for your task. You structure your own approach and drive your processes forward.
- Structured – You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You set and adhere to timeframes.
- Service-oriented – You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
- Big-picture perspective – You see the whole and take the larger perspective into account. You understand your role but consider the best interests of the entire operation in actions and decisions.
