About the Company
Nodra is a municipally owned company in Norrköping that ensures daily that residents have clean drinking water, efficient sewage treatment, sustainable waste management, and stable broadband. The company is owned by Norrköping Municipality and has an important societal mission that contributes to a secure and sustainable everyday life for the municipality's residents.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include processing and closing employment contracts, creating schedules, and managing balances. You will register worked hours for fixed-term employees without schedules, and handle ongoing absence, overtime, and on-call duties, which are forwarded to the manager. The role also involves corrections and answering questions from employees, managers, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), and the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden).
You will produce employer certificates, payment lists, and statistics (internal and for Statistics Sweden, SCB), and handle matters regarding salary exchange, high-risk protection, and the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). You will register long-term absences, update schedules, contact support when necessary, and submit various documents to the Payroll Unit, such as fees, massage benefits, and bicycle benefits. Changes to tax rates are made upon request. System administration and payroll disbursement are handled centrally by the municipality.
Most of the work is initially performed on-site, after which there is an opportunity to work remotely part of the time. The on-site work takes place at Nodra's office in Norrköping.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have experience working in public operations and organizations, and have also worked with Heroma as a system support. You possess good knowledge of collective agreements within municipalities and regions. Furthermore, we want you to:
- Hold an academic degree, for example as a payroll clerk or equivalent education assessed as equivalent by the Client.
- Have at least three years of experience in similar tasks.
- Have documented experience in customer contact and be accustomed to working with and for people.
