At Capio Primary Care Centre in Kristianstad, we have together created a strong and competent team with many years of experience in primary care, all gathered under one roof. We are a wonderful group of approximately 45 employees with various professions, including district nurses, midwives, pediatric nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, general practitioners, specialty trainee doctors, medical secretaries, and administrators, who together make a difference for our approximately 11,000 registered patients – from the first visit and throughout life.

Our focus lies in interdisciplinary teamwork with daily team rounds where we jointly take responsibility for our patients. Here we have a culture where we trust each other's competence and support one another – whether it concerns diabetes, hypertension, asthma/COPD, or child healthcare. Together we create high-quality care, with both heart and mind – and with high accessibility, both physically and digitally.

The primary care centre is located within a convenient walking distance – approximately 15 minutes from Kristianstad Central Station. For those who prefer public transport, convenient city buses go here as well, with a stop a short distance from the entrance.

Today, there are three midwives at our clinic in Kristianstad, and we staff our branch in Broby for approximately 20 hours/week, located at Capio VC in Broby.

As a midwife at our clinic, you will meet women in different life stages. You will work with prenatal checks, contraceptive counseling, gynecological cell sampling, STIs, and sexual health. We also have parent groups.

You have great freedom to manage your schedule and organize your work in a way that suits you. We believe you are a person who likes to take responsibility, is structured, and at the same time finds it easy to collaborate and contribute to the team spirit.

To become part of our team, you need to be a registered midwife with prescribing rights. You have a Swedish midwifery license and master the Swedish language at least at level C1.

Do you have experience from a midwife clinic or worked with menopause counseling? Great – we see this as a big plus!
