Beroendecentrum Malmö (BCM) offers psychiatric healthcare services for individuals with substance use disorders requiring psychiatric specialist care. The Adult Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic for Addiction is part of BCM; we are an outpatient clinic whose primary mission is the diagnosis and treatment of patients aged 18 and over with substance abuse and psychiatric comorbidity. To meet the growing need for qualified treatment, investigation, and coordination for our patients, we need dedicated staff who are given the opportunity to contribute to teamwork.

At the Adult Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic for Addiction, we have four specialist doctors, eight nurses, three social workers, four psychologists, two medical secretaries, one receptionist, and one unit manager. The collaboration between these different professional groups works well and contributes to a safe and stable care chain for our patients. All employees are offered external, qualified supervision as part of conscious working environment efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We now have the opportunity to welcome a nurse to our team at the Adult Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic for Addiction! Here, you are offered a job in a pleasant work environment with helpful and experienced colleagues. We all work towards a good community where we learn from each other.

In your role as a nurse, your task will be to individually and with the help of all professions in the team, to motivate, treat, and follow the patient's care chain. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with psychologists/doctors/social workers to bring about positive change in the patient's life, as well as collaborate with other actors such as Social Services.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment for one year.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least equivalent to level C1, according to the Council of Europe scale, is a requirement. If you have previous experience working in addiction services or psychiatric care, it is an asset for the position. We would appreciate if you have knowledge of the medical record systems Melior and Pasis.

Assistive devices are tasked with managing assistive devices prescribed to patients in Skåne. Within the administration, there is also vision, hearing, and deaf services and youth clinics in Skåne.
