Vårdcentralen Borgmästaregården is located right in the heart of Malmö, with Skåne University Hospital (Sus), the Stadium, and the fantastic Pildammsparken as neighbors. We are close to both Södervärns bus station and Triangeln with the Citytunneln, offering excellent commuting opportunities. The health center currently has approximately 7,200 registered patients on the unit and about 34 employees.

The health center has a well-functioning and stable physician staffing, a good work environment with flexible working hours, good cooperation, participation, and opportunities for influence. The health center has a well-developed elderly care clinic designed to fit the demographics of the area. We work in a team-based manner to develop and drive our various lifestyle clinics forward for the best person-centered care with good accessibility for the patient. The health center also has district nurse clinics and specialist clinics in the areas of asthma/COPD, diabetes, blood pressure, and atrial fibrillation. Regular joint staff meetings and professional meetings ensure that we develop together and achieve our set goals.

Together with our doctors, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, rehab team, and psychosocial team, we work for the patient's best interest. Every day we have a question doctor available for support and help when needed. In addition, we have close cooperation with the municipal home care service.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement. It is meritorious if you have work experience within primary care, as well as if you have experience working in the medical record system PMO.

As a person, you have a genuine interest in people and work with the patient in focus, while simultaneously working towards the organization's common goals. You are confident in your professional role, positive, and contribute to our good work climate. Furthermore, you have good cooperation skills and are flexible regarding the varying work tasks that may arise during a day at a health center. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
