Lindhem is a care and nursing home located in Osby Municipality. At Lindhem, there are eight different units: four units for care and nursing homes and four units for dementia care.

The position currently advertised is a temporary position on the Linden ward, with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities

Your work involves being an experienced assistant nurse who can work both independently and in a group. You work with person-centered care and handle delegated tasks, planning and developing the work together in the team. You create and follow implementation plans and have a responsibility area or proxy role. You work actively with BPSD and Senior Alert.

Qualifications

You must be a certified assistant nurse with a protected professional title and have documented experience in care and nursing work. You should also have basic computer skills and the ability to access and document journal notes in the operational systems required by the business. You have good collaboration skills and a flexible attitude; it is important that you are solution-focused and accustomed to making independent decisions. You must be able to receive delegated tasks after operation-specific training.

• Duration: Start date 2026-09-01, end date 2026-12-31.
• Combination: There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the business's needs.
