Your new workplace

Barnläkargruppen Sparta Malmö consists of an engaged interdisciplinary team with specialists in child and adolescent medicine, pediatric nurses, district nurses, child care assistants, auxiliary nurses, dietitians, psychologists, and administrative staff. Together, we work to provide our patients with high-quality medical care in a secure and well-functioning environment.

Our assignment covers broad general pediatrics with a special focus on allergy, gastroenterology, and obesity. We believe in long-term continuity, and close collaboration between different professions. At the same time, we are an operation that constantly wants to develop. Further education, scientific meetings, and competence development are a natural part of our work, and we encourage all employees to continue developing within their specialist field.

Working as a pediatrician at Barnläkargruppen Sparta

As a pediatrician with us, you work with a broad spectrum of pediatric issues. You investigate, treat, and follow up on patients with, among other things, allergies, asthma, obesity, gastrointestinal problems, and growth issues.

You work closely with our nurses and dietitian in interdisciplinary teams regarding several of our diagnostic areas and have significant influence over how you plan your work and organize the care of your patients. An important part of the job is also to serve as a knowledge resource and supervisor for our resident doctors (ST-läkare).

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with specialist competence in child and adolescent medicine.

You are driven by providing children and their families with professional and warm treatment and thrive in an operation where collaboration and quality are at the center. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and confident in your professional role. At the same time, you appreciate working together with others and are happy to contribute your knowledge and experience.

You have a pedagogical ability and feel comfortable in dialogue with both patients, guardians, and colleagues. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
