Welcome to the lovely village of Veberöd! In the heart of this dynamic community, surrounded by beautiful natural areas, you will find Capio Primary Care Centre Veberöd. This fosters a good work environment and enables us to provide our 5,600 registered patients with the best possible care.
We are now looking for a new doctor colleague for a permanent position.
Your RoleThe role includes examining, investigating, assessing, and treating patients. You will be an important part of the development of the practice and will help drive the clinic's work forward. We have a strong focus on quality, and monitoring quality goals is therefore a natural part of the ongoing work.
What We OfferWe offer a positive and developmental workplace with a clear patient focus. Our organization is built on the local unit's self-governance, with engagement and participation from employees, which leads to short decision-making paths. At the same time, a larger organization in the background provides support and opportunities for development and knowledge exchange.
Working in a team-based manner means that we jointly assess and round with our patients to ensure the best possible care at every encounter. At our clinic, we take responsibility for the patient from the first contact. We work both physically and digitally in our interactions.
There is an opportunity to work from home to some extent for those who wish.
Employment percentage as agreed.
About YouYou are a licensed physician, preferably with specialist competence in general practice. However, the most important thing for us is that you are an engaged, humble, and responsible colleague. For the right person, there are good opportunities for specialist training (ST) in general practice.
You see contributing to the development of the practice as a natural part of your work, and you have an easy time creating good interactions with both patients, colleagues, and collaborating partners. You must be able to communicate clearly.
Last but not least, you are a dedicated team player who understands your role in the whole, where every employee is crucial for success. Your presence contributes to balance, and your engagement helps create a positive and inspiring work environment.
Experience in PMO (Project and Program Management) is desirable.
