We are expanding with a new department and therefore need an additional coordinator!

The position is a permanent full-time role as a nursing assistant (undersköterska). The coordination assignment is limited to one year at a time, with good opportunities for extension. Working hours are during the day, but the role also includes duties in patient care every third weekend.

Your main tasks will be to create the right conditions for care staff to provide users with good and secure care. You will achieve this through good planning, staffing of personnel resources, and scheduling. Examples of coordinator tasks include:

• Preparing for and participating in follow-ups with assistance handlers
• Preparing and leading team meetings
• Introducing new employees and substitutes
• Providing support in writing/updating implementation plans and social documentation
• Managing national quality registers
• Planning user interventions in the planning tool Epsilon
• Responsible for orders and deliveries based on given routines and standards

You will have overall responsibility for four departments, giving you good insight into the needs of users and staff in daily work.

You are part of our administrative group and share an office with your fellow coordinators.

We are looking for you who

have a degree as a nursing assistant, are confident in your professional role, and have experience with administrative tasks within healthcare. Since a large part of the work is computer-based, you must have good computer skills and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should be familiar with the municipality's systems or equivalent systems. You will work in the HR portal, Multi Access, Time Care Pool, Raindance, Epsilon, and Lifecare.

You need to be proactive, independent, and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you must be able to plan, organize, and structure your work efficiently. Having a holistic view where you consider the best interests of the operation in actions and decisions is a given for us.

A prerequisite for succeeding in the assignment is that you, as a nursing assistant with a coordination role, ensure good, open communication and share Lund Municipality's approach: Listen, Learn, and Lead.

About us

Vevrehemmet is located in the beautiful nature of Veberöd. There is parking available, and our public transport connections are good, with a bus stop just outside the door. The facility consists of 36 apartments, of which 10 are for people with cognitive impairment/dementia. We are now expanding with an additional 6 places, which will become a short-term care unit. The facility has a nice outdoor area, which residents and staff enjoy being in. The building also includes a dining room and meeting point, which creates life and movement and offers opportunities for on-site activities.

At our facility, we employ nursing assistants, coordinators, care assistants, an administrator, a unit manager, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Vevrehemmet provides person-centered care with a focus on the individual needs of our residents. Here we work closely together; "We help each other in the house" and together we create security and good care. We have low staff turnover, but are now looking for more colleagues due to the expansion of operations.
