RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make life better for others? We are now looking for an engaged and caring assistant nurse for our home care team at Bo bra hemma Nord. As we are a car-dependent area, a driver's license is required.

As an assistant nurse in home care, you have a valuable role in providing our users with secure care of good quality. Your tasks include, among other things, social interaction, personal care, support with medication management, and social documentation.

We work with a common intervention planning approach that forms the basis of our workdays. Based on this planning, you take significant responsibility for your work. At the same time, you work in close collaboration with, and with support from, colleagues, unit manager, planners, coordinators, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

You will be based at Bo bra hemma Nord, with facilities in Vejbystrand. We collaborate with other home care units in Ängelholm Municipality, and as needed, you will also work shifts at these units.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse and hold the protected professional title. Previous experience as a permanent care contact and delegated HSL (healthcare-related) tasks are seen as valuable.

You are confident and comfortable using digital technology, as we increasingly use digital tools to facilitate and improve operations. Communication is an important part of the job, and you must be able to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of additional languages is viewed positively.

Our most important workplace is with our users, so you need to have a driver's license and feel confident cycling.

You are a sharp team player who collaborates, takes responsibility, and sees the big picture. We are constantly working to develop our operations, and if you have experience in improvement or development work, we see this as an asset.
