About the job
As a Management Coordinator/Investigator, you will have a central role in the Dean's office, with the task of supporting the management group and contributing to the implementation of decisions, processes, and development initiatives in a structured and efficient manner.
An important part of the assignment is to support the Diocesan Assembly, the Diocesan Board, and its working committees. You are responsible for coordinating case processes, preparing materials, writing minutes, and ensuring that decisions are followed up. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both management, employees, and elected officials.
The position includes among other things:
- Coordinating case processes for the Diocesan Board and its working committees.
- Serving as meeting secretary at meetings and being responsible for minute-taking.
- Preparing and compiling decision-making materials and participating in investigation and development work.
- Providing support to the Dean and the management group in planning, follow-up, and administration.
- Handling invitations, dispatches, and other administration related to the management's work.
- Working with registry and diary registration.
- Participating in various development and collaboration projects within the diocese's operations.
We are looking for you who
- Have a university degree in a relevant field or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent.
- Have experience with minute-taking, case preparation, and support for boards, management groups, or other elected bodies.
- Have experience in administrative work and enjoy coordinating and organizing processes.
- Express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and good system familiarity.
- Have a B driver's license.

The Diocese of Växjö is one of the 13 dioceses of the Church of Sweden and consists of 165 parishes. The Diocesan Chancellery has approximately 80 employees who in various ways support and promote the work in the diocese's parishes.
