We are now looking for someone who wants to work in preschools. Working in early childhood education is truly rewarding! Pamoja is Sweden’s largest provider of school substitutes. We have agreements with numerous schools and offer a wide variety of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You’ll often work on short notice (same-day shifts). You can choose to work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks you’ll be assigned will be discussed during your onboarding. You’ll always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

You manage everything easily through our smart app. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated contact with our support team who assists you before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely under a collective agreement. Of course, you’ll receive thorough training before starting.

What do you need?

• A completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• A willingness to take responsibility, show initiative, and collaborate with others.
• Great flexibility to adjust your schedule – but you must be able to honor the shifts you book.
• Availability for at least 2 days per week (students: at least 1 day/week is sufficient).
• A desire to be a positive role model for everyone you work with!
