We deliver the Rusta och matcha service, aimed at supporting our participants in their personal development toward employment or further studies. Today, we have offices in both Gothenburg and Falkenberg, characterized by warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine dedication. This position is based in Gothenburg, where we've experienced a rapid increase in demand.

About the Role

As a Study and Career Counselor with us, you will work closely with our participants to explore their unique strengths, broaden their perspectives, and build strong motivation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized and supportive study and career counseling.
• Coach participants in finding their direction and believing in their own potential.
• Map experiences and competencies, matching participants with suitable education programs.
• Provide practical tools such as CV writing, application materials, and interview preparation.

Who are you?

We are looking for a certified study and career counselor, or someone in the final year of their studies in this field, or with another equivalent qualification in behavioral sciences. However, what matters most to us is your personality and mindset.
