Now you have the chance to work in a preschool with close proximity to nature. Here, as an employee, you will be heard and given the opportunity to drive various projects within areas such as play, language, nature, or technology. The principal is present at the preschool, working in close collaboration with you and your colleagues. We have a well-functioning school development unit with which we collaborate. We are now looking for a preschool teacher for one of our 1–5-year-old departments on a temporary basis.

Korsängen Preschool is newly built and located in a forest-adjacent area in Alunda. We have a varied playground with an enclosed forest section and premises that inspire play and development. The preschool consists of three blocks, where two departments for children aged 1–5 years work in close cooperation. Each block has a large atelier. In the kitchen, our chef prepares meals from scratch, and we eat with the children in our lovely dining room.

RESPONSIBILITIES

When working as a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for teaching as well as planning, reflecting, evaluating, and documenting the pedagogical activities. You put the child at the center and contribute ideas that can develop our preschool. Our goal is that all our children are given good conditions to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future.

At Korsängen Preschool in Alunda, you will have the opportunity to be part of an activity where safety and accessibility are central. Here, you will meet colleagues who are passionate about children's development and learning. In the work team, we work together on a scientific basis, following the preschool's governing documents, the municipality's strategic goals, and our pedagogical annual calendar. We have close collaboration with special educators and speech therapists, and the principal is present in the daily work as active support in the activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed or newly graduated preschool teacher and who feel a strong interest in learning and developing together with the children and us colleagues. Experience in similar work is meritorious, as well as experience working with the "Pre-Bornholm Model" method.

We are looking for you who want to contribute to a work climate where care, development, and learning form a whole. Together with engaged colleagues, you drive development towards the preschool's set goals. We appreciate abilities such as good cooperation, curiosity, and the willingness to contribute to good relationships. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Our preschool is open between 06:00–17:30 (if necessary until 18:00), and you need to be able to work during all our opening hours according to the schedule.
