Linköping District Court is one of the medium-sized courts in Sweden, with approximately 65 employees. The court handles criminal cases, civil cases, and other matters. Our task is to decide on cases and matters in a legally secure and efficient manner.
The court is divided into two case divisions, each consisting of several sections. Each division has a Chief Clerk, as well as judges, case handlers, and notaries. Both divisions also have two Case Handler Managers who lead and distribute the work of the court case handlers. In addition to the case divisions, there is an administrative department responsible for, among other things, finance and personnel administration, security, caretaking, and reception.
The operations are conducted in bright and pleasant premises on the Garrison area in Linköping, where we are co-located with the Administrative Court and the Rent and Tenancy Tribunal in Linköping.

The role involves
As a Court Case Handler at the District Court, you belong to one of the court's two case divisions and play a central role in daily operations.
Your tasks are numerous and varied, and you have significant individual responsibility. The work involves preparing cases and matters that come into the court until they are ready for decision, and together with your colleagues, you ensure that the court's preparatory and follow-up work in various cases and matters is carried out in an impartial and efficient manner.
The tasks include processing judgments and decisions, monitoring deadlines, and planning hearing days. In your role as a Court Case Handler, you have many contacts, both internally and externally, and you contribute to ensuring that everyone who comes into contact with the court receives good service and a positive reception.
You handle many different cases and matters in parallel, and some types of cases involve independent preparation up to the hearing.
In daily work, unexpected situations may arise, which means you need to be careful and have a flexible approach. You may need to reprioritize your tasks with short notice.
We are looking for someone who
You have at least a completed and approved upper secondary education, and we would appreciate it if you had a few years of experience in service-oriented work, preferably with administrative elements.
You have a high sense of service and customer care. You have good judgment and as a person, you are responsible, service-oriented, and meticulous, placing high value on delivering your tasks with high quality.
You find it easy to collaborate and can work both independently and in a team. You are efficient and responsible, have a high service sense, and can handle stressful situations. You are accustomed to working in various IT systems and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You are meticulous, absorb knowledge quickly, and solve problems in a flexible way.
You are engaged and responsible and contribute to a good working climate in the group. You see opportunities instead of focusing on problems. You are unpretentious.

We offer
We offer a secure employment with good benefits according to collective agreements. With us, you receive 3,000 SEK in wellness allowance per year, and we also have our own gym in the building. You have between 28 and 35 days of vacation, occupational pension, as well as compensation for medication and doctor visits.
