Bodbysund Environmental School is looking for a dedicated teaching assistant.

We are seeking a teaching assistant for our school on a 50% basis for the academic year 2026–2027, with the possibility of extension. Do you want to make a difference in children's daily lives? At Bodbysund Environmental School, you will have the opportunity to work in a nature-oriented school environment where safety, community, and learning are the focus.

  • Motivating and encouraging students' development and independence.
  • Collaborating with teachers, guardians, and other staff.
  • Participating in recess activities and other activities during the school day.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive climate at the school.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident, engaged, and has a genuine interest in working with children and young people. You have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently and take initiative.

We would prefer that you:

  • Have education or experience in pedagogical work, child and youth programs, or similar.
  • Have experience working with children or students in need of special support.
  • Are flexible, responsible, and solution-focused.
