About Ålidhemsskolan
Ålidhemsskolan is a preschool to grade 9 school with approximately 380 students. We have the great advantage of having a library, a leisure center, and a school under the same roof, which provides fantastic opportunities for collaboration and a vibrant learning environment. The school works with a language-developing and intercultural approach where collegial learning is at the center. Our goal is to offer a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment where all students can develop and feel hope for the future.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you have a varied and exciting assignment that spans both the school day and the leisure center activities. You work as a resource pedagogue in grade 1, where you support the students to create a safe and accessible learning environment. One day a week, you are responsible for teaching in the class. After the school day ends, you meet the students at the leisure center, where you, together with leisure center colleagues, create a meaningful leisure time for the students.
About You
As a person, you are flexible and structured. You thrive in a dynamic school environment and can quickly adapt to the students' needs without losing structure. You find it easy and enjoy building good relationships with both students and colleagues as well as guardians. You see collaboration as the key to a successful school career and contribute positively to the team around the student. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements
- Pedagogical university education
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
- Valid extract from the criminal record
Merits
- Trained leisure center teacher or primary school teacher education grades F-3
- Experience working with younger age groups (F-3) and within leisure center activities
