About the Role

As a driving instructor with us, you will:

• Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different prerequisites and needs.
• Support and motivate students on their journey towards obtaining their driver's license.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations.
• Occasionally conduct theory lessons and risk training.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driving instructor certificate and is approved by the Swedish Transport Agency.
• Has a pedagogical and flexible attitude.
• Is responsible and has a genuine interest in helping others develop.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys meeting different types of people.
• Is an approved AM instructor or interested in becoming one; this is a merit.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish (additional languages are a merit).
