About us and the role

The Nephrology and Dialysis Clinic's operations include home dialysis (HD, blood dialysis) with 20 treatment stations and peritoneal dialysis (PD, bag dialysis) for chronic and acute kidney disease patients. The operations also include the Kidney Failure and Transplantation Clinic.

The dialysis clinic's operations are largely outpatient and run Monday through Sunday. The patients are primarily those with chronic kidney failure who come from home to the clinic for HD treatment 3-4 times a week. Some acute care activities also take place.

At the Kidney Failure and Transplantation Clinic, which is open Monday–Friday, both physician-led and nurse-led clinics are conducted. The operations are based on close collaboration between doctors, nurses, and medical secretaries to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

We have a well-developed collaboration with Ward 52, where kidney patients are usually treated.

Exciting and varied tasks await you here, making every day interesting and challenging. Whether you are new to the profession or have extensive experience as a medical secretary, you will receive a secure and individual introduction tailored to your experience and knowledge.

Working hours are during the day; Monday to Friday. There are good opportunities to grow and develop in the role of medical secretary.

About you

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary. You are responsible and appreciate varied tasks. We also see that you are positively inclined towards change and development work.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language as well as medical terminology. You have good ability to express yourself both in writing and orally. You are computer literate and have a talent for handling many tasks simultaneously. You also have the ability to plan and prioritize in daily work.

We assume that you are flexible, can work both independently and in a team, and have good collaboration skills. You are a stable person who is distinctly service-oriented. Responsiveness and attention to detail are qualities we value highly, as is your contribution to a good atmosphere in the team. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
