Caverion is now looking for a Service Project Manager within HVAC and Plumbing for our assignment at Saab in Linköping/Tannefors. Here you will become part of a strong and cohesive Caverion team that works closely with the customer every day in a technically advanced and developing environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with

As a Service Project Manager, you are responsible for driving service and smaller projects within HVAC and Plumbing – from planning and customer dialogue to implementation and follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with both the customer, technicians, subcontractors, and colleagues within various technical fields.

You will have a varied daily routine where you combine technology, business, and relationships in an environment where quality and long-term perspective are in focus.

The role also includes:

• Leading and coordinating service projects within HVAC and Plumbing
• Responsible for planning, economy, and follow-up of projects
• Being the customer's contact person in daily work
• Communicating with technical specialists as well as commercial contacts with contractors and suppliers
• Coordinating technicians and subcontractors
• Identifying improvements and development opportunities for the customer
• Working closely with other technical areas within Caverion

Your background

• Several years of experience in service projects or project management within HVAC and/or Plumbing
• Technical understanding of buildings and installations
• Ability to build good customer relationships
• Experience working independently and handling multiple tasks in parallel
• Good administrative skills and financial understanding

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
