Your Role

In the role of Project Manager for ILS/IPS (Integrated Logistics Support/Integrated Product Support) in one of our exciting GlobalEye projects, you lead one of several sub-projects within the main project. You drive the project forward in close collaboration with other roles within and outside the department, such as other project managers, engineers, purchasers, technical writers, and training coordinators, and maintain close dialogue with the other sub-projects. You are the contact person for ILS issues towards both the main project's client and the end customer.

The ILS/IPS project is responsible for the following areas:

• Spare parts
• GSE (Ground Support Equipment)
• Technical publications
• Training for Pilots, Technicians, and CAMO
• Requirements for facilities, premises, and systems

As a project manager, you work with planning, organizing, and leading the execution of the project from start to finish, based on customer requirements and given frameworks. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Establish project plans and steer the project towards its sub-goals and final goals
• Manage the project's economy
• Work on securing the project's resource needs
• Manage communication with the project's various stakeholders
• Actively work with risks and opportunities
• Ensure a good project climate with good collaboration and motivated project members

Your Profile

As a person, you are social and thrive in a leading role. You find it easy to collaborate and communicate, and you are skilled at engaging and bringing others along in the work. At the same time, you are structured, efficient, and accustomed to handling several parallel tasks.

We believe that you:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment
• Are accustomed to driving projects forward and ensuring results
• Have good structure and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Communicate clearly and effortlessly in both Swedish and English (verbally and in writing)
• Have a university or college degree, or equivalent work experience

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in ILS/IPS or similar areas

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security clearance regulations in effect at the time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
