Arena Personal is currently recruiting a Sales Engineer for WAM Scandinavia, the Nordic subsidiary of WAMGROUP – a global leading group that develops and manufactures components and systems for the handling and transport of powders and granulates. With over 50 wholly-owned subsidiaries worldwide, WAMGROUP is a global market leader with customers in the food, concrete, plastic, and process industries, among others.
About the role As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for sales in the Swedish market within your district, working remotely from home. The district primarily covers the area Lidköping (Västra Götaland) – Örebro.
The role involves significant autonomy, where you develop business by identifying new customers, conducting customer visits, preparing quotations, and following up on deals all the way to order. You plan your own work week and spend 2–3 days per week visiting customers.
You will become part of an international team, collaborating closely with colleagues in Sweden and Denmark, as well as product managers and technical specialists in Italy, who provide support with technical matters.
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in technical B2B sales.
Has a good technical understanding and an interest in industrial solutions.
Thrives in creating new business and building long-term customer relationships.
Is self-motivated, structured, and responsible.
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
Experience from the process industry or operations dealing with powders or granulates is an advantage, but most importantly, you must have the right drive, business sense, and willingness to develop.
