We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to lead the implementation of Västra Götaland Region's new benefits portal – an important part of our employer offering and our shared employee experience.

Your Assignment

As responsible for the implementation of a new benefits portal, you play a central role in highlighting the benefits offered to our employees and developing the benefits portal. The portal brings together everything from health and wellness allowances and bicycle leasing to cultural and sports activities in the region.

You work both strategically and operationally – with implementation, content, structure, and development – to ensure that the portal is relevant, user-friendly, and engaging, reflecting the VGR employee promise: "We care about you who make a difference for others."

The role involves many contact points within the organization. The implementation of the benefits portal will take place in project form and in close collaboration with, among others, communications, IT, payroll, and external suppliers.

An important part of the assignment is to contribute to strengthening the Västra Götaland Region's employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation, content, and structure of the benefits portal.
• Responsible for communication and training for managers and employees regarding the portal's functions and benefits.
• Monitor usage, employee satisfaction, and the effects of the portal's implementation.
• Drive development initiatives based on user needs and business goals.
• Contribute to the development of the benefits offering and its visibility.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant university education or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HR processes and employee benefits.
• Experience with project management or system implementation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Good analytical skills and experience in change management.
• Strong ability to work in a structured manner and drive your own work forward.
• Experience from the public sector.
