As a security guard at Avarn Security, you have an important mission to create a sense of safety and maintain order in public and private environments. The work involves preventing and handling situations that may threaten security, as well as intervening in disturbances in accordance with current laws and regulations. You are responsible for checking access, monitoring areas, and ensuring that visitors follow established order regulations. The role also includes handling conflicts in a professional manner, documenting incidents, and collaborating with the police and other authorities when necessary. The job places high demands on judgment, responsibility, and the ability to act calmly and effectively even under pressure.

Working hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday, temporary position.

Duration: Temporary position, with the possibility of need-based employment both before and after the period.

Qualifications

We are looking for trained security guards who are security-conscious, service-oriented, empathetic, and have inner confidence and a natural drive to help. You must be a trained security guard with a valid security guard permit.

In addition to the personal qualities we seek and describe in the various assignments, you must meet basic requirements to qualify for the position:

• High school diploma
• Good Swedish skills in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license
• Completed security guard training within the last three years with a passing grade

You must also be crime-free*, drug-free, have a stable economy, and be in good health and physical condition to be employed by Avarn Security.
