- Development of OHS routines, instructions, policies, and advisory documents, as well as creating action plans to handle complex OHS challenges.
- Contribute to our structured annual cycle for OHS work – where you both develop systems and methods and support operations in recurring activities related to legal requirements, ISO standards, and OHS practice.
- Drive learning and improvement by applying best practices and spreading knowledge from both internal experiences and external comparisons.

- Analytical and solution-oriented ability, with the capacity to identify and handle complex OHS issues.
- Good communication skills and thrive working both independently and in teams.
- Experience in driving OHS projects and implementing OHS improvements.
- Previous experience with authority contact and OHS investigations.
