About the Role

In the role of Energy Responsible Consultant, you have overall responsibility for energy matters at six different facilities. You will become an important part of a motivated team. As Energy Responsible, you ensure that the client's buildings maintain the desired indoor climate and that the client can operate their business in an energy-efficient manner aligned with their sustainability goals. Travel is involved.

Responsibilities

We are looking for you with at least a two-year property technical education and a few years of experience in the field, preferably from industrial properties and production environments. You have solid practical knowledge regarding balancing, optimizing, and monitoring heating and ventilation systems, as well as a good understanding of the building as a whole and energy optimization. Furthermore, you are familiar with energy monitoring systems, investment calculations, and LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analyses.

• Take responsibility for energy matters at the facilities
• Identify and implement energy-saving measures within HVAC and operations
• Analyze energy data against sustainability goals
• Collaborate with local operations technicians, implement effective solutions
• Drive and participate in projects aimed at reducing the facilities' carbon footprint

We are looking for someone who

• Has good knowledge of HVAC
• Has education in energy or installation technology
• Has good knowledge of Swedish
• Has a B-driver's license for travel in the role
• Has experience working with technical management or operational optimization

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with energy optimization in heavy industry
• Knowledge of energy mapping and environmental management systems
