KIKKA Sushi is looking for a cheerful and friendly person who wants to work full-time at our restaurants, handling all aesthetic aspects of the sushi art and the ambiance in our premises.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the restaurant's visual expression by creating and maintaining an inviting Japanese-inspired environment.
• Design seasonal decorations, wall ornaments, and artistic elements, including traditional Japanese painting, to strengthen the restaurant's identity and customer experience.
• Design menus, posters, campaign materials, and other graphic materials for the restaurant.
• Create visual content, including food photography, images, and graphic material for the restaurant's website and social media.
• Contribute to the development of the restaurant's brand and visual profile.

We have 6 locations around Stockholm: Värmdö, Täby, Nacka, and Lidingö. We serve Japanese food, both for dine-in and takeaway.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in the restaurant industry, cooking, or a similar field is advantageous.
• Experience in art instruction, fine arts, or visual design is required.
• Educational background in fine arts, fine art, graphic design, or a related field is required.
• Ability to create artistic decorations, visual material, and contribute to the restaurant's aesthetic profile.
• Interest in Japanese food culture and a willingness to develop knowledge in sushi preparation.
• Good teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
