Your responsibilities

As a resource pedagogue (special educational needs coordinator) with us, you will become an important adult figure for our students. You will primarily work in our learning studio, where you support students in need of special assistance both individually and in small groups. Your mission is to create safety, study peace, and good conditions for learning by providing guidance, supervision, and extra adaptations.

In this role, you collaborate with class teachers, special educators, and other student health services to monitor students' development and needs.

Together with class teachers, you drive activities based on the school's value base and create conditions for a safe and inclusive school environment.

Your qualifications

We require that you have an academic education with a focus on pedagogy or behavioral sciences of at least 30 higher education credits. We would appreciate it if you have experience working with children and young people. Experience working as a student assistant and/or resource pedagogue is meritorious. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as knowledge of computers and other technical aids, which you see as a natural part of your work.

You have experience adapting teaching, learning environments, and interactions based on students' individual needs to create good conditions for learning and development.

You are structured, collaborate well with others, and adapt easily to changed circumstances and different students' needs. You actively contribute to the development of the operations by coming up with ideas and suggestions for improvements.

Other information

The position is a temporary assignment (substitute) at 100% until December 18, 2026.

Before you can be employed, we conduct a register check and you need to present an approved extract from the police register.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or alternatively a certificate of residence together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after control of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
