About Trafiko and the role

At Trafiko, we are transforming the driving school industry for both students pursuing their licenses and the instructors who teach them. We have rapidly grown to become one of the largest players in driving education, offering introductory and risk management training in 33 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory nationwide. In total, over 30,000 students are trained annually with Trafiko.

Currently, we offer driving lessons in 18 cities and are now expanding our offerings to include driving lessons for our students in Västerås. This is why we are looking for you to join us on this journey.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students reach their goals by tailoring education to their individual needs. You are quality-conscious and patient in your interactions. You take significant personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Certified driving instructor
• Trained educational leader
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as required for daily work

Merits

• Experience using digital tools
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
