We are now looking for an engaged Medical Secretary for the Mobile Team Malmö/Trelleborg.

The Mobile Team for Primary Care in Malmö and Trelleborg has been operational for 2 years. The healthcare providers involved include Nära Vård och Hälsa, Skåne University Hospital (Sus), Doctor's Car, ambulance, private and public health centers, as well as the care and social services administration in the respective municipalities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, but in an extension, weekend work may become relevant.

The Mobile Primary Care Team is a cohesive form of care where Primary Care is the hub in collaboration with other healthcare providers. The team offers safe, clear, and accessible home healthcare instead of hospital care, where the team can assess, plan, prescribe, and carry out interventions. The care is specialized based on each individual patient's needs, and the goal is to offer patients qualified care both medically and psychosocially.

The team consists of doctors, nurses, social workers, and a medical secretary, and is based in premises in Malmö.

Job Description

In the role of Medical Secretary with us, you are an important part of the structure surrounding our patients.

We offer an independent position where you are part of the Mobile Primary Care Team Malmö/Trelleborg, but have your base in Malmö. The position involves varied tasks such as medical record writing in PMO, registrations in PASiS, mail handling, diagnosis registration, supply orders, and invoice processing in Raindance. Furthermore, it includes responsibility for IT and telephony, as well as access rights orders, as well as administrative matters concerning our cars, such as booking service, etc.

Qualifications

We welcome you who have an education in healthcare administration of 80 university college credits or 400 vocational education credits, or equivalent medical secretary education. For the role, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Furthermore, you must also have good knowledge of medical terminology. It is meritorious if you have previous experience in the profession and experience in handling any of our various systems such as PMO, Pasis, Filurlogg, itACiH, Medspeech, SKAT.
