We are a small towing and transport company with 24/7 operations. A lot happens simultaneously at our company, and we are now looking for a new colleague who wants to be a central part of our operations.
About the role
In this position, you will work broadly with administration, personnel matters, and planning. You will become an important support for both management and staff, playing a key role in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- HR and personnel administration
- Handling of personnel cases
- Staffing and personnel planning
- Supervision and coordination
- Receiving and handling alarm calls
- Occupational health and safety issues
- Various administrative tasks and follow-ups
We are looking for someone who
- Has good administrative experience and a strong interest in order and structure
- Has knowledge of labor law and collective agreements
- Is accustomed to prioritizing and making decisions when conditions change rapidly
- Thrives with many balls in the air at the same time
- Is service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused
- Has good computer skills and learns new systems easily
Meritorious qualifications
- Category C driver's license or experience from vehicle-related operations
- Experience in supervision
- Experience in personnel management and staffing planning
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety work
- Interest in vehicles and the transport industry
