The electronics market is highly affected by different global trends and unpredictable balance shifts in demand and supply conditions. Having a good understanding of the supply chain and market conditions is crucial to be successful in a dynamic and ever-changing world. Sourcing's task is to create the best possible prerequisites for a competitive, reliable, and efficient supply chain. We ensure we have the most suitable suppliers and utilize them to achieve maximum contribution both commercially and technically. We are a team of skilled and dedicated professionals who greatly contribute to our company's success!

What you'll do here as a Purchaser:
In this position, you will be responsible for balancing and coordinating the supply of our strategic components to AXIS's internal warehouse.

To manage this, you need to interpret existing and expected demand together with supply capabilities as well as current stock. You work closely with internal and external supply chain interfaces and act both short- and long-term.

As a Purchaser in our team, you will also:

• Ensure right material availability at our Component Hubs to meet our customers' demand on time:
• Analyze stock levels and place and coordinate orders
• Identify and act on supply deviations and/or gaps
• Balance and plan material availability
• Track and monitor master data and KPIs
• Participate in supply review meetings with suppliers
• Drive improvement activities for internal processes as well as supplier performance and collaboration
• Handle invoicing
• Contribute to process development projects with the team and cross-functionally within the company.

Who are we looking for / Who are you?
We believe that you are an analytical person with a strong personal drive and problem-solving skills. You have a positive mindset and are definitely a team player but also thrive working independently, planning, and managing your own activities. You have good organizational skills as well as the ability to see both the details and the big picture – making the right priorities. You easily cooperate across organizational borders, build strong collaboration and relations with key stakeholders. We believe that you are passionate about the supply chain, optimizing the flow, and mitigating risks! You wish to contribute and interact on a global level and be part of an ambitious team where we make things happen!

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related area
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar position
• Experience working in an ERP system, preferably IFS or similar
• Experience from working in an international organization
• Good general supply chain knowledge and understanding of the purchasing process
• Very good English skills, both written and verbal
