Do you want to work with digital solutions that help municipalities offer better services to their residents? We are now looking for an Application Consultant who wants to ensure successful deliveries of Sokigo's e-service platform Abou.

As part of our delivery team, you work closely with our customers to ensure that Abou is installed, configured, and adapted based on their business needs. You become an important part of the customer's journey from delivery to usage and contribute to creating stable and long-term solutions.

About the Role

In the role of Application Consultant, you work with technical deliveries and adaptations of Abou in customers' environments. You are responsible for ensuring the platform functions according to the customer's needs and collaborate closely with customers, project managers, and developers to ensure high quality in the delivery. The role also includes second-line support work, where you help customers and colleagues resolve more complex technical issues and incidents.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Install, configure, and adapt Abou in customers' environments.
• Document customer environments and delivery instructions.
• Work with authentication and signing solutions, for example via SAML 2.0, OIDC.
• Manage integrations between different systems and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Work with scripts and automation in PowerShell.
• Contribute technical expertise in projects and customer dialogues.

Qualifications

Education:

• University degree in IT, Systems Science, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Experience in technical consulting, system deliveries, or similar roles.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Experience with authentication and login solutions, preferably BankID.
• Knowledge of Microsoft server environments, such as Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS.
• Understanding of VPN solutions and network communication.
• Experience with integrations and how different systems interact.

Language: Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Other

The position is full-time and primarily located in Sundbyberg. Start date is by agreement.
