Do you want to work at the intersection of cybersecurity, coordination, and risk management? We are now looking for an experienced Senior Application Security Coordinator who wants to take a key role in coordinating and driving the work of handling security vulnerabilities in a complex IT environment.

In this role, you will become a central link between technical teams, the business, and other stakeholders. You are responsible for ensuring that identified vulnerabilities are prioritized, followed up on, and remediated in a structured and efficient manner.

• Coordinate the management of results from penetration tests and vulnerability scans.
• Ensure that identified security flaws are assessed, prioritized, and followed up.
• Drive and coordinate remediation efforts between multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor activities and ensure progress throughout the entire process.
• Establish and develop processes for governance, reporting, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with business units, development teams, and infrastructure specialists.
• Contribute to improved security, compliance with internal security requirements, and external regulations.

• Experience working in Jira.
• Good ability to analyze and prioritize security risks.
• Experience leading and coordinating remediation efforts in complex environments.
• Understanding of security within both applications and infrastructure.
• Very good collaboration and communication skills, as well as experience coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with results from vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
• Knowledge of CVE, CWE, and CVSS.

• Have an analytical approach and can make well-founded prioritization decisions.
• Thrive in a coordinating role involving many contact points.
• Have a strong interest in security and want to contribute to reducing the organization's risk exposure.
