Labour market crime, undeclared work, and labour exploitation are some of society's greatest challenges. At ANSVAR SÄKERHET, we work operationally to counter these crimes through qualified workplace inspections and investigative control activities.

We are now looking for dedicated workplace inspectors who want to help develop one of Sweden's most specialized control operations.

We are addressing you who are studying law or equivalent at a university/college, or who work/has worked as a security guard, and who want to contribute your skills to a specialized and rapidly growing operation.

About the role

As a workplace inspector, you work on-site at various workplaces where you conduct inspections within the framework of our assignments. You review companies, workforce, and compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual terms, with a focus on detecting and preventing labour market crime.

The work is varied, responsible, and requires a professional approach, high integrity, and strong analytical skills.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct operational workplace inspections.
• Verify identity documents, employment conditions, and statutory requirements.
• Review compliance with labour law and other relevant legislation.
• Document observations and report deviations in our digital and encrypted systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues, team leaders, analysts, and clients.
• Contribute to the development of our control operations.

We are looking for you who

You are a person with high integrity, good judgment, and a genuine interest in countering labour market crime. You are confident in your interactions with people, can make well-founded decisions even under pressure, and work in a structured manner with great attention to detail.

We would like you to:

• Be studying or have studied at a university or college in fields such as law, police work, security, intelligence, criminology, or other equivalent education.
• Alternatively, work or have worked as a security guard or within other control or security operations.
• Have good digital competence and be accustomed to documenting and reporting.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
• Have a professional approach and high personal integrity.

Meritorious experience

It is meritorious if you have experience from:

• Security guard operations.
• The Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket).
• The Swedish Police Authority.
• The Swedish Tax Agency's control operations.
• The Swedish Migration Agency.
• Control, supervision, or security work.

The following knowledge and educations are also meritorious:

• Labour market crime.
• Immigration legislation.
• Posting of Workers Act regulations.
• Work environment legislation.
• BAS-P and/or BAS-U.
• Documented education or certification within work environment inspections.
