Are you ready to take the next step as a Senior Financial Consultant and Team Leader?

At UCS One Business in Norrköping, we are looking for a driven and confident consultant who wants to help develop our "Smaller Companies" business area, where we work with small and medium-sized enterprises with a turnover of up to approximately 20 million SEK. This role offers you significant influence, close customer relationships, and the opportunity to build something real. You will enjoy a unique combination of strategic customer responsibility, operational financial work, and hands-on leadership. As a key figure in the business area, you will be part of the management group and help shape our continued development.

You will lead a team with a clear ambition to grow, meaning you will help build culture, structure, and future recruitments. At the same time, you will work closely with our customers, becoming their extended finance function—the one who sees the big picture, finds smarter solutions, and creates security in both daily operations and change.

Experience and Competencies

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Experience as a financial consultant — several years of work in accounting at a mid- to senior level
  • Relevant education — from a university of applied sciences or university
  • System proficiency — comfortable with the Office suite and experienced with various financial systems
  • Strong language skills — very good Swedish in both speech and writing
  • End-to-end responsibility in customer assignments — from ongoing accounting to year-end closing, annual reports, tax returns, and advisory
  • Knowledge of company forms — e.g., sole proprietorship, limited company, and partnership
  • Confidence in K2/K3 — as well as a good understanding of VAT and tax issues
  • Ability to prioritize smartly — you thrive with multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high quality
  • Interest in AI and digital development — and how new tools can streamline work

Since the role also involves leading a team and having personnel responsibility, we are looking for someone who wants to use their experience not only in customer assignments but also in developing people, working methods, and a growing business area, for example by:

  • Taking responsibility for onboarding new staff
  • Supporting staff through daily guidance and serving as the first point of contact
  • Managing team utilization and profitability
  • Conducting salary reviews and setting salaries in consultation with the Business Area Manager
  • Conducting employee reviews, goal follow-ups, and evaluating employee interviews
  • Driving team growth by participating in the recruitment and introduction of new consultants as the team expands
  • Building trust and team spirit, coaching employees, and creating opportunities for development

Working hours/duration:

The position is a 6-month probationary period, which then converts to a permanent full-time position.
