Here, residents live in a calm and undisturbed environment – in the middle of nature but close to the city, with access to leisure activities – in an apartment adapted to strengthen the client's independence and security.

About the Position

We are now looking for a new housing support worker for our operations. As a housing support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily lives. You work both independently and in close cooperation with colleagues.

In the role, you will work with:

• Providing individual support, care, and service efforts
• Planning and carrying out activities with the client
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks

Employment Conditions

We are looking for an employee for a permanent position, with a six-month probation period. The position is 100% and working hours vary between day, evening, and weekends.

We apply individual salary setting and other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement. The start date for the position is by agreement.

Who are you?

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position as a housing support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and sensitivity. As an employee at Humana, we share responsibility for our work environment and strive to create a good climate in the unit and in the work group through respectful treatment. It is of great importance that you have experience and/or can handle people with various types of problems, such as aggressive behavior, compulsive behaviors, or substance abuse issues within NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders). Therefore, great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

To apply for the position, you must have:

• Education as a nurse assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations (especially psychiatry, aggressive behavior, compulsive behaviors)
• Knowledge in low-affective handling and clarifying pedagogy
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as documentation is a large part of the work
• Category B driver's license
