About FrykCenter
FrykCenter is a non-profit foundation and one of Sweden's most highly regarded rehabilitation facilities. We provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation for people with neurological diseases and injuries, spinal cord injuries, rheumatic diseases, and chronic pain.
Here, around 30 dedicated employees with high specialist competence work in close collaboration across professional boundaries. The patient's path back to function, independence, and quality of life is always at the center.
We are now looking for a leader who wants to develop the business together with us, without losing what has made FrykCenter successful.
Your Assignment
As CEO, you have overall responsibility for operations, economy, personnel, quality, and long-term development.
You lead a well-functioning organization where the assignment is not about doing things differently, but about continuing to develop. With curious and forward-looking leadership, you create conditions for FrykCenter to continue to grow and develop while you see, support, and develop the people who every day do their utmost for the business.
Important parts of the assignment will be to:
develop the management team and create clear mandates
strengthen relations further with regions and other partners
ensure a sustainable economy and good occupancy
work strategically with competence supply in anticipation of the upcoming generational shift
develop FrykCenter's visibility and position within Swedish rehabilitation
continue to develop quality, patient safety, and business management
You represent FrykCenter in meetings with clients, authorities, the board, and other important partners.
We are looking for you who…
Are sensitive, clear, and decisive. You build relationships and create trust, while having a strong operational focus with a business perspective and understanding of how economy, contracts, occupancy, and good relationships with clients contribute to a sustainable and successful business.
We want you to have:
experience as an operations manager within healthcare
experience of personnel, economy, and operational responsibility
good understanding of rehabilitation or other patient-oriented operations
experience of quality work and business management
experience of collaborating with public clients and other external actors
It is an advantage if you have experience of rehabilitation and work with healthcare agreements and public procurement.
