The administration office of the Social Services Department is a central service function that supports the operations in their important missions. We are currently on a journey of development where we aim to create a modern, flexible, and sustainable organization focused on quality, service, and job satisfaction.

Here, every employee is an important part of the whole. We believe in collaboration, participation, and that different competencies complement each other. We help each other succeed and strive to create a workplace where both people and operations can develop.

We are now looking for a receptionist/administrator who wants to contribute to this work.

About the role

As a receptionist and administrator, you are often the first person our visitors, partners, and employees meet. You contribute to a professional, secure, and welcoming reception while simultaneously being an important administrative support to the operations.

The role is varied and suits you who enjoy combining service, administration, and coordination. One moment you help a visitor or answer questions over the phone; the next, you work with document management, meeting administration, or other tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the operations.

  • Administer documents, minutes, registers, and other administrative processes.
  • Prepare and distribute information and dispatches.
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of meetings and activities.
  • Contribute to the development of the administration's routines and working methods.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, structured, and engaged. You enjoy meeting people, creating order, and providing support where needed. You take responsibility for your tasks, collaborate easily, and see the value of contributing to the group's common results.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Have education with an administrative focus.
  • Have experience working in reception, administration, or another service function.
  • Have good administrative skills and are accustomed to working in digital systems.
  • Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of English.
  • Have good computer skills and experience with Office programs or equivalent.

It is meritorious if you have experience with administration office work, diary management, and minute writing within public operations.

You share the values and attitudes described in our employee and leadership policy:
