Here at Support and Development within the Welfare and Care Sector, we value the creativity and commitment of our employees. We strive to be a modern, efficient, and learning organization. The sector is responsible to two of the city's committees: the Social and Employment Committee and the Elderly Affairs Committee. Within the sector, there is a division for authority implementation within IFO, disability/LSS, and elderly care, a division for providers within functional support, a division for elderly care, and a division for adult education, employment, and integration. Our division, Support and Development, coordinates a large part of the sector's support functions.

As an Investigator (Utredare), you will support managers and operations in development and administration issues, working in a task-oriented manner. We operate from a systemic perspective and provide support and service to the operations based on this approach. As an Investigator, you report directly to the Division Manager and are part of the Quality and Development team.

Your tasks include, among other things, conducting investigations, writing reports to the committee, performing Lex Sarah investigations, preparing materials on various issues, driving projects or development work, and conducting process mapping. Some assignments are time-limited, while others are ongoing.

We want you to have a degree from a university or college, such as a social worker, political scientist, behavioral scientist, or another direction that the employer finds equivalent. You have several years of experience working with authority case handling within at least one of the social services' operational areas. You are accustomed to working in politically governed organizations. You handle the Swedish language very well in writing and speech. Experience with investigation assignments within municipalities, regions, or the state is meritorious, as is experience working with quality management systems, business steering systems, and process drawing tools.

The position is a fixed-term employment of approximately 1 year, full-time. Start date according to agreement.
