About the Role

Your Role as a Power Engineer

We offer a free and varied job where you deliver substation maintenance services in our customers' electrical installations covering the voltage range of 0.4–400 kV.

The work as a power engineer in substation maintenance has a large technical content where you will primarily work with station rounds, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and connections on switchgear equipment. Conversion and new construction of installations also occur. The work is carried out on behalf of a project manager/service manager.

Travel and on-call duties may be included as a natural part of this position. When performing your work with us, you always keep safety, environment, and economy in mind. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation of completed work, reporting of deviations, and follow-up of work orders in our digital systems.

Requirements

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like you to already have:

• Upper secondary education in power/electricity or similar post-secondary education
• Experience from working as a power engineer, industrial electrician, or similar is meritorious
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Class B driver's license
• Good administrative skills and experience working with documentation and reporting in digital systems

We are looking for you who is a responsible person with a great commitment to your assignments. It is important that you are quick to take initiative and collaborate with colleagues and customers. You have a technical interest and are motivated by working business-like in an operation where you get to take great responsibility for quality and progress.
