Technical Property Manager for Consulting Assignment in the Gothenburg Region

Are you an experienced Technical Property Manager with a background in commercial real estate and interested in a part-time assignment? Then this might be for you!

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Technical Property Manager starting in August. The assignment is expected to last until at least the turn of the year on a 50% basis. You will be based at the client's office in the Gothenburg region. The work is primarily on-site, but there is some flexibility regarding how the working days are planned.

About the Role

As a Technical Property Manager, you lead technical projects, optimize operations, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. You analyze and develop the technical performance of the properties and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible results.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the functionality of the properties, ongoing monitoring and analysis, and planning maintenance measures.
• Being responsible for control and regulation technology, lock and access systems, and other technical installations.
• Holding regular meetings with facility management companies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Procuring and following up on service agreements and optimizing technical services.
• Identifying and driving technical improvement measures in the properties.

Qualifications

• Relevant post-secondary education in property or technology, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in technical property management, including at least 5 years as a Technical Property Manager for commercial properties.
• Good understanding and experience of property technology and energy optimization.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal car.
