We are looking for a Technical Property Manager for GöteborgsLokaler
Do you want to work in a role where technology, real estate, and people meet? We are now looking for an engaged and self-reliant technical property manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the technical management of our properties and contribute to well-maintained, safe, and sustainable environments around Gothenburg. With us, you become part of an engaged team of five colleagues who together are responsible for the technical management of GöteborgsLokaler's property portfolio. We operate from our office in Gårda and work closely together to develop our properties and create attractive environments for our tenants.
Your Assignment
As a technical property manager, you play a central role in the daily management of our properties. You are responsible for ensuring smooth operations and that our properties maintain a high technical standard, while building good relationships with our local tenants and partners. You work closely with property managers, center developers, and your direct manager in a team where you jointly are responsible for the development of your properties. The role is varied and combines technical responsibility with economic follow-up, project management, and supplier management.
Your main tasks include:
- Planning, coordinating, and following up on planned and ongoing operation and maintenance work.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and being responsible for inspections and damage follow-up.
- Serving as a close contact for our local tenants by receiving and following up on fault reports and ensuring good service.
- Ordering and following up on operation and maintenance measures according to our framework agreements, ensuring that work is performed with the right quality and within agreed timeframes.
- Collaborating with the energy engineer on energy and operational optimization to develop the performance of the properties and deliver on sustainability goals.
- Updating maintenance plans in close collaboration with property managers responsible for their property portfolios.
- Initiating, procuring, and leading smaller maintenance, repair, and tenant adaptation projects.
- Being responsible for procurement, contracts, and follow-up of contractors and suppliers.
- Creating, following up, and being responsible for the budget within operation, maintenance, and smaller technical investments.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have:
- Post-secondary education in property technology, construction, installation, or other relevant education, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in procurement and management of contractors.
- Good understanding of the technical systems, operation, and maintenance of properties.
You have experience in technical property management or another equivalent role where you have worked with operation, maintenance, and development of properties. You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy combining a practical approach with planning, economics, and collaboration.
As a person, you are confident, structured, and responsible. You work independently, take initiative, and drive your issues forward while being easy to collaborate with both colleagues, tenants, and external contractors. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have good communication skills. The role also requires you to be flexible and comfortable in a daily routine where tasks vary.
We also see that you have:
- Good administrative skills and experience working in various digital systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A Class B driver's license, as travel between our properties is part of the role.
