Do you have experience leading training initiatives during system implementations? We are now looking for a Training Lead for a major change project where you will play a key role in ensuring a successful implementation.

About the Role

Our client is undergoing a significant business transformation involving the implementation of a new group-wide system within the Swedish organization. The Swedish operations are first in line for this rollout, meaning that experiences and lessons learned will form the basis for future implementations across the group.

As the Training Lead, you are responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training initiatives for end-users. You will work closely with project management, change management, and business experts, while maintaining regular contact with international stakeholders to adapt common training materials to Swedish conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop training concepts and materials tailored for Swedish users
• Adapt and further develop international training materials for the Swedish operations
• Produce, translate, and quality-assure training materials
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training initiatives for various target groups
• Monitor, evaluate, and further develop training initiatives based on set goals
• Establish networks and working methods for training within the project
• Collaborate closely with project management, change management, and business experts

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience leading and delivering training initiatives in large-scale change or system projects
• Experience analyzing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of delivered training
• Proficient in planning and coordinating training for large user groups across multiple geographical locations
• Excellent communication skills with fluent verbal and written proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in a complex organization

Qualifications That Are a Plus

• Experience with training initiatives related to the implementation of business or portfolio management systems
• Experience with international projects or group-wide change initiatives
