About the Job

We are looking for a nurse to join our internal resource group.

We offer independent work where you collaborate in teams on assessments and the execution of medical interventions and care measures. The work in the resource group is varied and flexible. The main task is to support the primary responsible nurses during periods of high workload and short-term absences. You may also be assigned to a home care group for a shorter period. Responsibilities include medication delegation to care staff.

There is a good atmosphere and cooperation in our operations. You work closely with your colleagues and collaborate to create and maintain good relationships.

The resource group works daytime, Monday to Friday, and two weekends every ten weeks. Evening shifts are included during weekend duties.

Responsibilities

  • Standard tasks within municipal primary care.
  • Work independently and in teams with assessment and interventions.
  • Perform medical interventions.
  • Delegate and supervise care staff.
  • Work in close collaboration with care staff, unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues.
  • Participate in the development of close care work.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is confident in your role as a nurse.
  • Is interested in developing the future of care within municipal healthcare.
  • Has good collaboration skills.
  • Is flexible, has a structured work approach, and is accustomed to working independently.
  • Has a good attitude towards patients and contributes to creating a good work environment.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse (RN).
  • A few years of experience as a nurse.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience in municipal healthcare is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you are a District Nurse or have another relevant specialist nursing degree.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can become current.

A police record check is conducted for all employment within the Social Services Administration.

For employment within HVB (Home for Care or Vacancy) operations, the HVB extract is requested.

For employment in operations directed towards children with disabilities, the "Children with Disabilities" extract and control of own information are requested.

For other employment within the Social Services Administration, the "Control of Own Information" extract is requested.

If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope during the control.
